Five years after being busted for several sex crimes, the ex-husband of “Pawn Stars” boss Rick Harrison’s wife, DeAnna, is finally in jail.
“Rick is sleeping better now that his wife’s ex-hubby is finally behind bars,” said a pal.
DeAnna and Richard Burditt, a former school custodian, divorced in 2004. He was arrested in September 2009, and later pleaded guilty to felony counts of forcible sexual abuse and dealing in material harmful to a minor.
But the creep remained free on bail, and it wasn’t until late 2013 that Burditt was slapped with a sentence of up to 15 years and tossed behind bars.
“Burditt’s case was caught up in a bureaucracy. He should have been put away years ago,” added the insider.
Rick wed DeAnna, then a 38-year-old legal worker, in a star-studded ceremony in July 2013. At the time, she was terrified that her sicko ex, then out on bail, would show up and ruin her wedding.
