Hollywood dims its lights in memory of the late great superstar
“Eight is Enough” star Dick Van Patten was one of the first in Hollywood to mourn Robin Williams.
The beloved TV dad told The ENQUIRER: “Robin was one of a kind, a truly original comedic talent. He is one of those people who really is irreplaceable.
“He’ll be deeply missed.”
Ellen DeGeneres took to Twitter to say, “I can’t believe the news about Robin Williams. He gave so much to so many people. I’m heartbroken.”
Steve Martin proclaimed: “I could not be more stunned by the loss of Robin Williams, mensch, great talent, acting partner, genuine soul.”
Drew Carey wrote on his Twitter page: “Condolences to the whole world. @robinwilliams RIP. #RobinWilliams”
