The “Bad Teacher” star had her heart set on a penthouse condo in Manhattan’s trendy West Village, but Rosie plucked the place right out from under her nose for a whopping $8 million, real estate sources told The ENQUIRER.

To make matters worse, Rosie and her bride, Michelle “Shelly” Rounds, sold a unit they already owned in the same building when they heard the condo Cammy had set her heart on was for sale, says one real estate insider.

“Before Cam was able to dot the i’s and cross the t’s on a contract, Rosie swooped in with a higher offer,” added a second source.

“Rosie knew Cam had fallen in love with the place and was all set to buy it, so I’d call what she did a greedy grab.”

SLY STALLONE refuses surgery for ripped bicep during new flick, saying he’s more automaton than man.

Sly was shooting new actioner “The Tomb” when “The Expendables” guru felt something tear again – this time in a bicep. “I really shouldn’t (carry on doing stunts) because it comes at a very serious price,” Sly told Hello magazine.

“I’ve had so many operations, I’m more like a robot than a human being,” Stallone admitted.

“Since The Expendables in 2010, I’ve had two back operations, my neck is fused, I’ve had both my shoulders done and I’ve just had 70 stitches on my leg because the Achilles tendon exploded – yeah, that was a bad one.

“When I was shooting my next film, The Tomb, I tore my bicep.

Underground cartoonist the legendary SPAIN RODRIGUEZ, the creator of Trashman, died this morning at his home In San Francisco.

Zippy the Pinhead auteur Bill Griffith announced the sad news on Facebook, “Legendary cartoonist Spain Rodriguez died this morning at home in San Francisco. He was a great friend and raconteur--and one of the best cartoonists of his or any other generation. I'll always remember our talks on comics and drawing. He had so much more wonderful work inside him--I'll miss him forever.”

Hailing from Buffalo, New York Spain studied at the Silvermine Guild Art School in New Caanan, Connecticut.

Heading for the happening New York City, during the late 1960s, he became a contributor to the East Village Other and soon published his own underground indie own comics tabloid, Zodiac Mindwarp (1968).

The reality diva’s first record bombed in 2011, but she believes Grammy-winning rapper Kanye’s magical music touch can turn her into a singing star.

The judge in the JOHN EDWARDS- RIELLE HUNTER sex tape case admits secret shame.

Wake County Superior Court judge Abe Jones was on the receiving end of a verdict for a change—he was voted out of office after 17 years on the bench, the Raleigh News Observer reported.

Jones handled many cases in the North Carolina district but none was so notorious as the lawsuit involving John Edwards’s turncoat aide Andrew Young and his baby mamma Rielle Hunter.

The newly retired Jones said he refused to watch the tape to certify its legitimacy.

Instead Jones asked two female lawyers to watch it for him — one from either side — and index the important parts.

“I just didn’t want to do it,” Jones said.

The use of Adderal has been blamed for the rising number of gridiron PED suspensions.

“I don’t know too much about Adderall,” Marshall said.
