The court papers are also an embarrassing confirmation that Jill's budding radio career has fizzled.
She left her husband to join Phelps in Los Angeles to replace Mark Thompson in his morning-radio show on KLOS, where he had spent 25 years hosting the top-rated "The Mark and Brian Show."
"Then she found out that Brian was leaving the show, too," said a radio insider.
