The Real Housewives of New Jersey players are preparing to fight the legal system.
Juicy Joe has been charged with fraud for assuming the identity of his brother, Pietro, in June 2010 in order to obtain a driver’s license after his own was suspended following a DUI five months earlier, and Teresa plans to fight the court for her husband, RadarOnline reports.
His courthouse showdown has been moved to April 1 (no foolin’!), and his wife will be there by his side every step of the way.
