Moon man BUZZ ALDRIN’s ex-wife LOIS takes him for half his fortune in nasty divorce settlement.
Aldrin, 82, and wife number 3 officially divorced December 28, 2012 and the settlement nets his ex, Lois Driggs Cannon, with nearly half of the rocket man’s fortune.
Reportedly, she’ll pocket half of his $475,000 bank account and 50 percent of any profit he makes from his businesses.
She’ll also snaring $9,500 a month in spousal support which is approximatyely30 percent of Buzz’s annual income, which tops about $600,000.
Aldrin filed for divorce June 2011 after 23 years of marriage.
With the publication of his 2nd memoir in 2009 “Magnificent Desolation” Aldrin told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive video interview that his recovery from alcoholism and depression was due to Lois’ emotional support.
