Feeling blue about turning 31 on Dec. 2, the troubled performer is planning a full-body overhaul which will include a strict diet and exercise program along with extensive plastic surgery to her body and face, sources tell The ENQUIRER.
“She’s unhappy when she sees photos of herself with a very obvious triple chin, and she complains she has fat on her back and stomach,” says an insider.
“Britney says she needs to drop 30 pounds” and blames her weight struggles on the medications she takes to “help her cope” with the stress of her hectic career, the source added.
