A paparazzi photographer was killed while in pursuit of a JUSTIN BIEBER pic!
The shutterbug, 29, was hit by a car while trying to shoot photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari during a routine traffic stop on Tuesday in Los Angeles. According to reports, Bieber wasn't behind the wheel of his vehicle at the time of the incident.
Bieber released a statement saying, "While I was not present nor directly involved with this tragic accident, my thoughts and prayers are with the family of the victim."
The 18-year-old pop star added, "Hopefully this tragedy will finally inspire meaningful legislation and whatever other necessary steps to protect the lives and safety of celebrities, police officers, innocent public bystanders and the photographers themselves."
