SHIRLEY MACLAINE’s daughter has written a shocking tell-all about her painful childhood – and the Oscar-winning actress is terrified that the book will make her look like “Mommie Dearest”!
The 78-year-old “Terms of Endearment” star’s only child, daughter Sachi Parker, 56, pulled no punches while penning “Lucky Me: My Life With – and Without – My Mom, Shirley MacLaine,” a source told The ENQUIRER.
As the sarcastic title suggests, the memoir is said to paint a picture of Shirley as a cold, uninvolved, disinterested mother who abandoned her toddler because she wanted to party with The Rat Pack and “didn’t want a kid on her hands.”
“This book is Shirley’s worst nightmare,” noted the source.
