The Post Standard of Syracuse reported that a fresh retrial is underway in a personal injury lawsuit filed by a woman who claims that Rick fell on her during a 2004 concert at the New York State Fair.
In the lawsuit, Vicki Calcagno, 45, charges Springfield's buttocks hit her in the head when he fell into the crowd. The lawsuit says she sustained injuries from Rick’s butt.
A mistrial last year when a new witness came forward, claiming she was clobbered by the former “General Hospital” hunk during the very same concert.
Answering questions for more than 90 minutes, Rick got angry with the lawyer for the plaintiff.
He became emotional again when his lawyer, John Pfeifer, asked him about going into the audience to be close to his fans.
