Bill Cosby’s “sexual molestation” scandal has exploded with a shocking new twist – the embattled comic is now being sued by a woman who says she was underage when she was abused.
Judy Huth alleged Cosby molested her in a bedroom at the Playboy Mansion about 1974 when she was 15.
The shocking lawsuit caused additional trouble for Cosby when the celebrity website RadarOnline reported Dec. 5 that the LAPD was going to investigate her claims.
In a lawsuit obtained by The National ENQUIRER, Huth claimed she and a 16-year-old pal first met Cosby at a movie shoot. A week later, they escorted him to the mansion.
Huth, now 55, said Cosby plied the teens with alcohol. She said she emerged from a bathroom and Cosby asked her to sit beside him on a bed, where he tried to “put his hand down her pants ... without her consent.” A source told The ENQUIRER Huth “has evidence and photos.”
