Cancer-stricken superstar Angelina Jolie faces new fears after she was caught smoking!
The stick-thin actress, 39, has already endured a preventive double mastectomy to slash her cancer risk, but she triggered alarms when she was recently snapped puffing away.
“This is the worst thing ever for Angelina!” said a source close to the actress-turned-director. “It means she’s fallen back on her old ways. “She’s lost more weight, she’s burning the candle at both ends and she’s smoking! That’s a very bad sign.”
