“I’m praying for Mary Tyler Moore - she’s a very dear friend!”
In a heart-rending exclusive interview with The National ENQUIRER, Mary’s longtime pal veteran actress Rose Marie, 91, shares her fears for the ailing TV superstar.
Rose Marie became lifelong friends with Mary working on the iconic “Dick Van Dyke Show” from 1961-1965. She played acerbic comedy writer Sally Rogers alongside Dick’s character TV writer Rob Petrie. Mary played Rob’s beloved suburban housewife Laura Petrie. The hit series remains a rerun favorite to this day.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported, Mary, 77, remains at death’s door, bravely battling a series of debilitating health issues, including symptoms of Alzheimer’s, kidney and heart disease and blindness caused by severe diabetes.
The bedridden star seldom leaves her Greenwich, Ct. estate and is cared for by her husband, Dr. Robert Levine, 60.
