C omedy legend Robin Williams’ final days deteriorated into a horrific nightmare with bouts of Parkinson’s disease, depression and paranoia, The National ENQUIRER has confirmed.
Tragically, according to the Oscar winner’s autopsy and toxicology report, his brain was also showing signs of dementia.
“Neuropathy findings in this case support the diagnosis of diffuse Lewy body dementia,” the report reads.
In a sad example of life imitating art, the 63-year-old actor also began suffering from “increased paranoia,” just like the schizophrenic character he brilliantly portrayed in “The Fisher King.”
The evening before his Aug. 11 suicide, Robin put several expensive watches in a sock and gave them to an unidentified person for safekeeping.
