Seventeen years after they initially met, Kim Basinger and Russell Crowe are getting a shot at romance!
The A-list duo co-starred in the 1997 thriller, “L.A. Confidential,” which earned Kim a Best Actress Oscar –and insiders have told The National ENQUIRER that sparks have been flying since they reunited on the set of the 2016 film, “The Nice Guys.”
“When Kim walked into the first meeting with cast members, both she and Russell lit up,” said an insider.
“They spent the rest of the meeting eyeing each other and flirting.”
The “Gladiator” hunk, 50, made it clear to Kim, 60, that he was attracted to her the first time they met, sources said.
