Five years after he lost his courageous battle with cancer, civil war has erupted among the family of Hollywood megastar Patrick Swayze amid explosive charges that a forged signature was used.
The National ENQUIRER has learned a “surprise” will was filed in a New Mexico court on August 7 in a move that blindsided some of the “Dirty Dancing” star’s relatives.
The four-page document, obtained exclusively by The ENQUIRER, left Patrick’s entire estate – estimated at $40 million – to widow Lisa Niemi, 58.
The will is signed “Patrick Swayze” and was executed on July 27, 2009, in Lake View Terrace, Calif., where the star had a ranch.
But the actor was hospitalized at the time – two months before his death – according to a family friend, who believes Patrick was not able to sign the will!
