FINALLY! SHERMAN HEMSLEY LAID TO REST

After a contentious family battle JEFFERSONS star SHERMAN HELMSLEY to be given a hero’s funeral.

Hemsley’s friends and family will gather in Texas tomorrow for the comedy legend funeral, nearly four months after he passed away during the summer.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously Hemsley died July 24^th after a battle with lung cancer, but then his memorial service was delayed.

While a court ruled on the validity of his will, Hemsley’s body was kept on ice.

Finally the presiding judge in El Paso ruled that the will was ok and gave permission for Hemsley’s long time pal and manager Flora Enchinton Bernal to proceed.

After a public service at Cielo Vista Church in El Paso tomorrow Hemsley will be buried at Fort Bliss National Cemetery to mark his years of service in the United States Air Force.
