Ex First Daughter CHELSEA CLINTON has given birth to a baby girl !
Chelsea, 34, and hubby Marc Mezvinsky, 36, are the proud parents of a healthy baby girl Charlotte.
The happy couple made the announcement just after midnight.
The child was born late Friday night. “Marc and I are full of love, awe and gratitude as we celebrate the birth of our daughter, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky,” Chelsea Tweeted.
As did both very happy grandparents Bill and Hillary Clinton.
