Actress Joan Van Ark better face facts – the 71-year-old former “Knots Landing” star looks downright scary.
A shocking new photo of Joan – best remembered for her run as Valene Ewing from 1979 to 1993 – reveals she may have gone overboard with cosmetic surgery.
We showed the picture to Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Joan, but is a board-certified plastic surgeon from Michigan.
Comparing the photo to one from her prime, he told The National ENQUIRER: “Her appearance seems to have drastically changed over the years. This may be due to quite a bit of plastic surgery.
“I suspect she’s had at least one facelift, if not two, causing her neckline and jawline to look tight. Her forehead is smooth and wrinkle-free, a possible consequence of a brow lift and Botox.”
