A last-ditch bid to get their marriage back on track, ELLEN DeGENERES has purchased a $16 million “love nest” for wife Portia de Rossi!
The two have long dodged divorce rumors, but now plan to combine two condos in an exclusive Los Angeles high-rise into one huge spread, The National ENQUIRER has learned.
“Their new home is under Portia’s name in a trust with her accountant as the trustee,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “It’s essentially a gift from Ellen to Portia. It’s her idea of relationship rehab,” a source told The ENQUIRER.
“She’s trying to show Portia that she believes in her and their marriage will weather their storm of problems that led to Portia’s stint in rehab.”
