"On Duty with the Queen", an upcoming book revealing Buckingham Palace secrets from a one-time top official Dickie Arbiter— including Price Charles marriage to Princess Diana — has Charles, 65, “furious” at what he believes to be a betrayal of the highest order.

 

“This man was a trusted friend,” an insider told the UK Sunday Mirror ​about the author, Arbiter,  the Queen’s ex-press secretary of a dozen years. “It is just a case of a man who he thought was a friend and who could be trusted cashing in on the misery of that time.
