The notorious Octo-Mom has plead “Nolo contendere” in her welfare ripoff case stemming from her masturbation video profits.
After pleading no contest (for those of you not up on your ‘legal-ese') Nadya Suleman’s felony charges were reduced to misdemeanors because she has repaid funds to Medi-Cal and the Los Angeles Department of Social Services.
The investigation stemmed from RadarOnline revealing financial records showingSuleman’s true income far exceeded the maximum limit for welfare recipients.
Suleman was capped at pocketing $119,000 in a calendar year, but financial records showed she took home $150,248.77 in 2012.
