In Nashville, the dyspeptic couple reportedly had a huge fight before Bon Jovi’s Sambora was due to present at the CMT awards last week, Celebuzz reported.
Denise was to accompany him to the Country Music back-pat glad hand fest but walked the red carpet alone after Sambora abruptly cancelled.
The screaming match took place at The Hermitage Hotel in downtown Nashville where a source reported hearing "Sambora screaming obscenities at the top of his lungs" from their ninth floor suite.
Reportedly, Sambora was jealous over Denise’s rekindled friendship with ex-hubby Charlie Sheen.
