GEORGE CLOONEY has his fingers crossed that recent rumors about Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling breaking up are true – because he’s ready to swoop in!
Sources say the 52-year-old bachelor is hoping to make the sultry 39-year-old actress his next lady love. The “Gravity” star has been flying solo since splitting with leggy actress and former pro wrestler Stacy Keibler, 34, last July.
“George would give his right arm to date Eva,” revealed an insider. “He’s had a crush on her for a while.
“He’s run into her a few times over the years and loves her energy. He says he could talk to her about anything since she’s hugely intellectual, and he’s turned on by her smarts.”
