NJ GOV. CHRIS CHRISTIE out as a potential GOP Prez contender after report emerges that he knew about the payback plot.
The New York Times reported that a Port Authority official appointed by Gov, Christ Christie says the portly politician knew about the George Washington Bridge lane closings at the time of the shutdowns.
