Federal prosecutors seek death penalty for accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder’s decision to press for Tsarnaev’s execution was expected in light of the mayhem and horrors unleashed by the accused and his slain brother.
As The ENQUIRER previously reported the two explosions that were detonated at the climax of the Boston marathon killed 3 people and wounded more than 260 others.
Prosecutors have charged Tsarnaev with over 30 federal charges and 17 of the charges inlcuding a weapon of mass destruction carry the death penalty.
Holder told media, “The Nature of the conduct at issue and the resultant harm compel thgis decision” to call for Tsarnaev’s death if found guilty.
