The man Philadelphia cops call “The Swiss Cheese Pervert” has been collared by police at gunpoint at his home.
Norristown, Pa. police arrested Christopher Pagano, 41, after an intensive investigation by law enforcement gave them “probable cause” that he was the suspect harassing local women with his cheesy sexual propositions.
Paganao allegedly drove around town and approached women brandishing a piece of cheese and asking them if they would like to massage his genitals with Swiss cheese.
The Philadelphia Police Department’s Special Victims Unit told media that Pagano was the indeed “subject” of their investigation.
