The surprising news paints a far different picture of the 32-year-old hunk than the one he's been presenting to the public. According to his official "Bachelor" bio, Juan Pablo resigned from his professional soccer career with Miami FC in 2008 after receiving the life-changing news that his then-girlfriend, Latina actress Carla Rodriguez, was pregnant.
"Refusing to be an absentee father, Juan Pablo put his dream of soccer aside to focus on a more important goal, raising his daughter, Camila Valentina Galavis," the bio states.
