Danica has filed for divorce from her musician husband Mike Verta, according to legal docs filed in LA Superior Court.
The filing cites “irreconcilable differences” – natch.
The couple has a one year son.
Danica wants physical and legal custody, the legal docs say.
They were married in San Diego in 2009.
