CLINT’s wife DINA officially files to separate in the wake of The ENQUIRER’s explosive “wife swap” exhaustive investigation.
Dirty Harry’s wife Dina Ruiz Eastwood, has filed for legal separation from the four-time Oscar-winning actor and director, The Monterey County Herald reported.
Dina, 48, filed a petition Monday in Monterey County Superior Court in California.
In the petition, she sought spousal and physical custody of the couple’s 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, from the 83-year-old Hollywood icon.
Dina also asked the court for leave to amend her filing once the extent of community and separate property is determined and “pursuant to a premarital agreement.”
