“The Voice” coach ADAM LEVINE ranks waaay high on Hollywood’s list of pet-lovers: He shelled out nearly $50,000 trying to save the life of his ailing golden retriever, Frankie Girl, who sadly died earlier this year – then spent $10,000- plus on medical procedures and surgeries for his yellow Labrador, Spinee, who happily survived.
Said an insider: “Adam’s dogs are like kids to him.
"Money’s no object when it comes to their health and well-being.
"He was a total wreck when Frankie Girl died, and was a mess during Spinee’s surgery until the docs told him the dog had pulled through.”
