An arrest warrant has been issued for Beth Chapman, wife of Duane “The Bounty Hunter” Chapman, after SHE nearly was run over by a teenager and then cursed by another teen, RadarOnline is reporting exclusively.
“It’s outrageous that police resources would be wasted on such a ridiculous incident,” Beth explained about the incident that occurred in Monument Lake in Monument, Colorado July 10.
