NEW DETAILS: Federal officials target suspect after denying reports a perp was in custody in the Boston Marathon bombings, The ENQUIRER has learned.
A law enforcement official told The Associated Press on Wednesday a suspect was in custody.
But NOW the FBI and the U.S. attorney's office in Boston dispute that.
