Star prosecution witness and mafia princess LINDA GOTTI dumped for the second time in the racketeering and murder trial of a reputed Gambino crime boss, The ENQUIRER has learned.
Attorneys for defendant Bartolomeo Vernace, who is on trial for racketeering and murder, sent Gotti packing April 2 from Federal Court in Brooklyn, N.Y.
The niece of Mafia Kingpin, the late crime czar John Gotti, Linda Gotti is ALSO the daughter of John's older brother, former capo Peter Gotti, who is serving a lengthy prison stretch.
A source familiar with the racketeering and murder case said that Linda apparently has a possible vendetta toward other members of the notorious Gotti crime family. She had hoped that by testifying against Vernace, she could distance herself from La Famigila proper.
Gotti had initially appeared VERY interested in speaking to the court, the source said.
